We are pleased to announce another new Energy & Water Bill Support Day for residents and small businesses in the Parramatta area each month. All are welcome.
Held in partnership with Parramatta Mission, our EWON specialist staff can:
- provide a bill review to help you understand billing, including the various charges
- check your eligibility for rebates
- help to resolve energy and water complaints
- negotiate with your retailer to resolve contract issues and establish payment plans
- provide tips on how to reduce energy and water consumption.
Where: Parramatta Mission, 119 Macquarie Street, Parramatta (ground floor entrance)
When: Last Wednesday of each month starting 27 July 2022
Time: Face to face appointments available between 9am - 3pm
